600 liter system

 
The Hidrovetes HV-600-L is a 600 liter, pull type hydro seeding system. It will seed approximately 180 square meters per load.

It is equipped with an 8,5 H. P. air-cooled Diesel engine  that is directly coupled to a 4" X 4" high volume centrifugal pump.

The unit includes 20 meters of discharge hose, but will handle an extra 40 meters of hose. A gun and two nozzles (1 wide hydro seeding nozzle, and 1 trim nozzle) are also provided. The empty weight of the unit is 210 kilograms. The loaded weight is 760 kilograms.

The HV-600-L comes equipped with a built in bale holder in the long life fiberglass tank that can never rust. Just throw the Hidromulch onto the bale holder and feed it into the container via the extra wide opening at the top of the container. The HV-600-L has the ability to mix partial loads, has a simple but powerful design with few moving parts, continuous agitation, and the ability to control the flow at the gun without making adjustments at the unit. For those who seed new lawns or install irrigation systems, the HV-600-L liter is the perfect choice. It is capable of handling much larger jobs, but if the average job is less than 1500 m² per day, this is the perfect size. The HV-600-L can also be used for over seeding and therefore is ideal for golf courses, parks, schools and construction sights that continuously need to maintain their greens. Material is applied at approximately 30 G.P.M. Time to spray a complete tank is about 10 minutes. Mixing time is 5-10 minutes depending on the pressure of the available water.

Extras:

• Wheels (x 2) (as shown in above pictures), enable you to pull the system using a small tractor or by hand. They are not to be used to transport the system on roads or highways. Both the wheeled and the non-wheeled systems should be carried on a trailer to the seeding sight. + VAT
• The HV-600 L can be equipped with quick release fittings, enabling you to drop the hose so you will no longer need to wind the hose up in the event that the “filling area” is not the same place as the seeding area.  / fitting + VAT
• A separate filling attachment, allows you to attach a hose to the unit when filling instead of filling “over the top” of the container. This is ideal for those who fill directly from a fire hydrant or for those who would like to begin mixing and not be bothered by a hose hanging in the container. + VAT
